I applied H1b in 2018 April. Received RFE in November 2018, responded to RFE in February 2019 and case status is still same. Does anyone in the same boat, any idea what is best approach?
I’m in the same situation but with a TN visa, we applied for an extension in January, in April they send me the RFE that we summited in May and since then no answers at all it’s been more than 271 days my 240 day period already ends, good luck tu you… and for me
